These were taken at the end of August, about a week shy of their 5-month birthday. Alec is in his favorite rainforest jumperoo toy, and Emma is in her Winnie-the-Pooh walker. It doesn't matter that I don't have the walker on the tile here. She was too short to touch the floor back then anyway. But she loves playing with the toys. Gotta love those bright smiling faces!

Emma is so pretty!!! I don't think you say boys are pretty so I will say that he is very cute. You seem like a very calm and well adjusted mom. When Ruth is crazy crying I just think, "How does Jennifer do it?" Glad to have you join the baby bloggers.
